Shower Beers Announce Exciting New Single "One More Shot" with Australian Punks SoSo
Pop punk sensation Shower Beers is back with a bang, and they're bringing Australian punk rockers SoSo along for the ride. Their new single, "One More Shot," is set to drop on November 9th, and it's already creating quite a buzz among fans and the pop punk community.
Nostalgic Vibes and High-Energy Sound
Shower Beers is a name that captures the not-so-serious, carefree spirit of pop punk, and their sound follows suit. Drawing inspiration from legendary acts like blink-182 and New Found Glory, Shower Beers infuse elements of easycore and ska into their music.
With "One More Shot," they're taking a step into nostalgia territory while setting the bar high for their upcoming sophomore EP, "Miracle on 34th and 3rd."
An Exciting EP on the Horizon
"Miracle on 34th and 3rd" promises to be a rollercoaster of pop punk goodness, featuring a diverse lineup of artists. From Atlanta's glimmers and Boston's We Demand Parachutes to Orlando's Outatime, Shower Beers have assembled a dream team of talent.
Chris Diorio, the mastermind behind Shower Beers, can hardly contain his excitement:
"I'm thrilled with every feature we have on this new EP. These are all really talented artists that I love listening to - to have them sharing these songs with us has been a great experience."
The Story Behind the EP
As a teaser to their upcoming EP, Shower Beers has dropped "One More Shot," a track that perfectly encapsulates their cheeky spirit and energetic sound.
Chris Diorio explains:
"The EP is a very collaborative effort. On the production side, I partnered with Rob Freeman (from the band Hidden in Plain View) at Audio Pilot Studio. He's done work with a ton of awesome bands like Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship."
Collaboration and Global Reach
The EP reflects Shower Beers' commitment to collaboration. Working closely with Josh Grigsby on drums (known for his work with Houston Calls and currently on tour with Mae) and Brian Staples on guitar (of the indie-pop project speaksoftly), the band has added layers of creativity and texture to their music.
Diorio is also excited about the global reach of their EP, saying, "I made an effort to get features of bands I really enjoy listening to on each track. We're not making all features super public right now, but it's a wide breadth of individuals from all over the globe coming together to release some fun pop punk tracks."
Wrapping it Up
With "One More Shot" and "Miracle on 34th and 3rd" on the horizon, Shower Beers is poised to make a big splash in the pop punk scene.
Don't miss their new single on November 9th, and stay tuned for more updates on this exciting band.
